Please email me at Bugaboobeads@aol.com for my payment address to send the check or money order.

Can I get a pair of earrings to match my bracelet or necklace?

Solid Color Earrings start at $10 and go up to $25 for an intricate design. I can make matching earrings for an bracelet you choose. I also offer clip on earrings but they are $10 more because the components are more expensive

How long have you been lampworking and making jewelry?

I recently celebrated my 4th year of my wonderful hobby and now business in lampworking and 5th year of making jewelry.

Are all of the beads annealed?

Annealing is important because it releases any internal stress that forms when glass beads are made using a torch. This internal stress can cause the beads to crack or break - even years later - if this isn't eliminated. To remove this stress, each bead is slowly annealedd in a digitally controlled kiln in order to ensure their long lasting durability. Glass beads are extremely durable. I am a bit of a klutz and have dropped my own sets on slate tile without any cracks or breakage.

What is your guarantee?

I want you to love all the beads and creations you purchase from me. I will give a full refund within 7 days of purchase or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. Just email me as soon as you receive your item and I will be happy to accomdate you in any way to ensure your complete delight with your purchase.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $2.50 for as many items as you would like to purchase.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I offer complete jewelry sets that include a necklace, bracelet, and earrings all made with the finest sterling silver. Cost for custom orders begins at $100. It usually takes a month to complete custom orders due to back log. If you have a dress for a certain occasion I am happy to make a beautful one of a kind set to match.

What is Thai Karen Silver?

Most custom pieces are made using the finest Thai Karen Silver. Thai Karen is a small indigenous tribe in Thailand they are known for their beautiful and intricate handmade sterling silver. Thai Karen Silver contains 99% pure silver which is higher than sterling silver's 92.5%. Each piece has been individually handcrafted by skilled a craftsperson further making your jewelry a one of a kind item.

How to care for your jewelry?

Full sets come with an enclosed a polishing cloth to shine and polish your new jewelry. Gently polish the sterling silver to remove any tarnish that may accrue and to keep it shining and beautiful. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver then quickly turns to black. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and believe it or not sunshine.
